It has been reported on the news this am here in OKC that Miles has been offered and accepted the job in Tigertown. He has asked all of his assistants to come with him but only three accepted. Pray that Bill Clay, DC, is not one of them. Lou Tepper all over again. :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux:
Only 3 accepted, huh? That's pretty good! Most of us here were worried about having our entire staff revamped. I think this could be considered one of the positives for what many feel is a "mediocre hire": Miles can keep most of our current assistants, which bodes well for our players on a "familiarity" point of view and kind of keeps us fans feeling more at ease.
Even if they didn't except, who is to say that he doesn't just go out and hire someone else rather than retain a Saban staffer.
Or who says that someone who was a Saban staffer wants to work for Miles? This might be the biggest question.
