    Leinart wins the Manning Award as voted on by a media panel, the Manning family and a former Sugar Bowl MVP QB (Who?).

    shouldn't the manning award go to the best QB not to win a championship???

    Did anyone see the local story (local to NO that is) where they asked him about the Manning award? He just said something like ,"Oh yeah... I'd never heard of the Manning award before and someone just told me, 'Hey, you won it"... so, cool"

    Not every great college QB does in fact win a NC. He did win a Conference Title which is no easy feat.
