    Tommy Tuberville Tuberville Denies Interest In Vacant LSU Job

    New Orleans, La.--Tommy Tuberville says that reports that he is interested in the now vacant head coaching position at LSU are not accurate.

    Auburn’s head football coach, who last week agreed to a contract extension at Auburn after talks with interim president Dr. Ed Richardson, is arriving in New Orleans on Monday with other members of his coaching staff to begin preparations for the Jan. 3 Sugar Bowl game vs. Virginia Tech.
    “I am not interested in any other positions,” Tuberville said on Monday afternoon. “I have agreed in principle to a new contract with Auburn. I look forward to many more years at Auburn. This is the best coaching job in America.”

    Well I am sure we already know the fact neither LSU or Tubs are even remotely interested in each other...

    Rediculous. Although I'm not a huge Tubby hater I dont want him at LSU. This is nothing but Sexton propaganda. Dont you think Skip has had about enough of Sexton?
