I have been told that Mary Landrieu is being considered by Obama as a contender for the VP position on his slate. Has anyone else heard this?
Repubs need all the help they can get this election, if you think its going to be the same ole, hate and fear campaign that wins the election for McCain, you are sadly mistaken. Because the straight talk express is majorly flawed and rusted. I hope the down ticket races are a indication about this election cycle to you.
My guess is that the information changed via word of mouth and by the time it got to you, that is what your friend told you. Here is what the original info probably was: If Jindal becomes the VP candidate with McCain, then lieutenant governor Mitch Landrieu would become Louisiana's governor. Someone watching the news probably only heard the words vice president and Landrieu. Then they started telling people all about Mary Landrieu becoming the vp candidate for Obama. (at least that is what I hope the case is)
They seem to be getting it from the Democrates. And McCain does not use hate and fear to win elections.
Richardson is the only viable VP candidate? Come on. Yes, he would be a good choice, but hardly the only one.
