Here is LSU's chance at a #1 seed. It starts here. They would probably also have to beat UConn (next week or so), or win the SEC Tourney. Team is playing really well, and with Tennessee coming off that bizarre ending with Rutgers (hard fought battle), they may be in for a slight letdown. Let's get it on.
this will be interesting. LSU lost to the 2 top-flight teams they played earlier in the year, but the team didn't have a clue what Van's offense was all about then. Since those games, they have virtually blown out everyone they've played. Let's see how this one will play out. to answer ISL's msg. LSU would have an easy road as a No. 1 seed with the 1st 2 rounds being in the PMAC, then the sweet 16 and Elite 8 being in New Orleans.
Every win has been by double digits this year except for the last win vs Georgia. They led by 10 with just over 2 minutes to go in that one (and I think 17 midway thru the 2nd half).
not much to watch right now. it's 16-2 Tennessee. With LSU's best defender, Ashley Thomas on the bench with 2 fouls, LSU has no match for Parker. We'll see if this gets any better as we go.
