And SHUT YOUR MOUTH !!!! I've heard from the Tech Faithful (all 8 of them) and have found their smack to be only mildly amusing. To those who dare to wear Cyan into Tiger Stadium, I advise you to watch the game film of the UL-M/LSU game and PREPARE FOR A SIMILAR FATE (minus the deluge !!) Actually when it comes to knowing your role, you have already FAILED MISERABLY !! A 77th place ranking ?? How is that going to help with our strength of schedule rating?? Your role for this game: *Give up at leat 138 rushing yards to Alley Broussard. This will give the Tigers 4 backs with at least 300 yards. *Marcus Randall gets at least a quarter and a half of work. *Clayton gets 9 catches and tallies 50 for the season. *LSU Special Teams outscore your offense. *LSU Defense outscores your offense. *Corey Webster outscores your offense. *Donnie Jones gets the night off. I know these goals may seem lofty for the Techsters, but I feel confident that they can be achieved. I also would advise you in the same manner that I would advise Kobe Bryant: Give in to LSU dominance as he should give in to Shaq. It will be somewhat humiliating, but there will be a lot less pain in the end ! Be grateful that you are being allowed to share the field with the Tigers, as Kobe should be grateful that he is a member of Shaq's team. IF YA SMELL WHAT MATT MAUCK IS COOKING !!!!!!!!
did you know that we have had 3 different backs run for over 100 yards in a game....and our STARTER Addia has not broken the century mark yet...Talk about depth!!!!
"How is that going to help with our strength of schedule rating??" Like this: 70 Louisiana Tech 93 Western Illinois 98 Mississippi St. 104 Arizona 166 Louisiana-Monroe
From the lsu board posted by DarkHornet: LSU's strength of schedule As hard as it is to believe, La Tech actually would INCREASE our strength of schedule. Our current opponents are under .500, so La Tech being at 4-4 doesn't hurt us. And in the Opponents opponents component, La Tech's opponents are 30-21. Currently we stand barely over .500 in that respect. So, after this weekend, GO LA TECH
Louisiana Tech's strength of schedule is actually 29th in the BCS rankings. http://www.geocities.com/rtell/SOS.html
