This might be fun...and I'm bored #1 Ohio State @ #25 Penn State -Obvious one, OSU is in the way of a potential LSU BCSNCG berth #21 California @ #4 Arizona State - Even though Arizona State is behind LSU in the BCS they still are a MAJOR risk as an undefeated. They are ahead of us in one computer poll and a few quality wins they will jump us in more polls. #12 Southern California @ #5 Oregon - A few quality wins by the Ducks and they might jump us in some of the computer polls. USCw's computer poll average is 21st while Oregon's 9th. Oregon poses more of a threat to LSU's interests than USCw does at this point. The computers HATE the Stanford loss. #7 West Virginia @ Rutgers - Not that WVU poses much of a threat to us, it's just the fact they could jump us in some computer polls. #9 Kansas @ Texas A&M -Kasas is undefeated #10 South Florida @ #23 Connecticut -Toss up, maybe the BCS guru can shed light here. USF is 5th in the computer polls so when you first look at this matchup you'd want to pull for UCONN to get USF off our backs. But remember USF BEAT Auburn. Some computer polls look at how good the teams you LOST to are. So maybe if USF were to lose, Auburn would drop too which might cause our SOS or something to drop. #11 Florida vs. #18 Georgia -This could go either way depending on which way you look at it. Sure a Florida loss would hurt our SOS, but do you really want to play Florida again? Iowa State @ #13 Missouri -Yawn Mississippi State @ #14 Kentucky -I'm going Kentucky here mainly because I remember izzle said the computer would rather the team you lost to have a better record, not that MSU has a shot in hell anyway. (see Stanford @ USC) #15 Virginia @ North Carolina State -Seriously who would you rather BC face in the ACCCG? Virginia or Virginia Tech? #16 South Carolina @ Tennessee -SOS, and could beat UF to take the East. New Mexico State @ #17 Hawaii -Hawaii might steal a BCS at-large.... Nebraska @ #19 Texas -Just so USC's SOS can suck even more. Minnesota @ #20 Michigan -Michigan needs to play well to take down tOSU in the Big House. Mississippi @ #22 Auburn -Just so the media can't write off AU as another "overrated" team LSU beat.
#21 California @ #4 Arizona State This is the one I will be watching. I am hoping for a Cal win. Of all the teams behind LSU, ASU is the one that can pass us if both ASU and LSU win out. As far as tOSU and Penn State, I am with you there also.
mac, if psu doesn't win, we are NOT letting you post other team's logos as your avatar! unless, of course, it's the team we want to lose.
Actually, we need Florida to beat Georgia and lose to South Carolina. That way we've beaten both of the teams at question and has less affect on us.
USCe is a better team this year than last year. Florida is probably a half notch below what they were last year. USCe gave Florida all they could handle last year.
