He didn't show up to vote most of the time last year.

    Enjoy!

I think the Dems screwed up and should've voted Howard Dean or someone else to run for president.

I don't think Kerry stands a chance in this election.
I would NEVER vote for Kerry but seriously I might've considered someone else.

Yesterday ABC asked Kerry about throwing medals because they found him in
a little white lie and all he could do is attack Bush's record after he said he wouldn't do that.
Any other person would've expained the situation or if they couldn't at least
attack ABC, the same that attacked him.

This is all dirt. BOTH CANDIDATES ARE QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE.

George Bush's main supporter and contributor during the 2000 election was.....

    ENRON!!!!!!!

Yes, the company that stole millions. W was great buddies with Kenneth "Kenny Boy" Lay.

    hmmm...very shady indeed.

STOP THE MADNESS ALREADY OVER THE DIRT BEING DRUG UP ON KERRY, EQUAL DIRT CAN BE DUG UP ON BUSH!

So where is the dirt? If we can thrown in anybody Kerry had correspondence with that would probably be a long and very questionable list (just with any Kennedy would do).

You again forget that Bush has been getting dirt thrown at him since the beginning of the Democratic primaries. Where was your outrage then? In fact I think you had a few questionable posts yourself.

Double standard or just being a Democrat.

If you were really interested in being fair and analytical about this instead of just looking for something else to bash Pres. Bush on, you'd find out that
Enron contributed heavily to the Gore campaign as well. A lot of big
companies do this...it's called hedging your bets.

I don't care about dirt, the bottomline for me is the safety of the American People first.
All else isn't important to me.

I WANT US TO DO ALL WE CAN TO MAKE SURE 9-11 WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
I'm not saying it won't happen again but if we're fighting bad guys in another country or at least trying to fight them we are better off IMO.

    Tell me Red and Mesquite,
I'm still waiting for you guys to respond and tell me what plans does Kerry have for protecting us from terrorism?
What plans does he have period besides attacking Bush

Enron did contribute to the Gore campaign as well as the Bush campaign.

I take it from Reds and Mesquites posts that they really don't care about the
war on terror or protecting the American people.

Explain to me how i'm slinging dirt when I talk about Kerry's voting record?
Its the truth is it not??

Still waiting for explainations from the other side....

again i agree with the doughman. i dont count on the government to get me a job, or fix the economy, and i dont give a damn about social issues compared to the real issue, our safety.

if in the next ten years the government did basically nothing but prevent me from having to watch my neighbors, or any other american civilians mass murdered again, i will be happy. domestic security is THE issue. i dont need this politically motivated kerry to whine and waffle about war, i need the world to know that we just arent gonna put up with nonsense anymore. i don't need kerry saying "we should have done more to convince the french and german to go along with us in iraq". the french and germans can eat my ass, and a politician that refuses to make decisions in our interest for fear of the international community hating us will never get my vote.

You want to back that one up, chief? Show me where I said that! Just because I disagree with you politically, I'm un-American?

I've tried to respond rationally and honestly to your passionate, but often rambling and illogical posts in a friendly manner. Now you resort to waving the flag and insulting me. Clearly you have nothing more of substance to talk about.

This supposed to be a forum for discussion. Are you suprised that there is another side to an issue? I try to explain another perspective to you and it angers you. What are you afraid of hearing? I don't need my patriotism questioned for trying to enlighten you.

    This dialog is over.

    I'm sorry I said that but I didn't say you were Un-American
    I never said that!

Kerry voted against counter terrorism and the defense of this country in most cases which bothers me and I don't see how anyone could vote for him for that reason.

    Now,
I've probably jumped the gun a little bit but we shall see what Kerry has planned when the debates start.

Let me say 1 more thing:
The reason I said what I did was because I asked you guys several times about the war on terror and you guys didn't respond just like above.

All you would talk about are the other subjects, that is why I said that.
The whole way you quoted me was out of context.

It bothers me that try to show Kerry's glaring lack of credibility to make President Bush look better. If our President has more, and I am not sure he does, it is not very much.

Something from the 2000 campaign always comes to my mind, because it is what made me loose all respect for Bush. He was saying how whenever he was asked a straight answer he would give a straight answer. He was then asked if he ever used cocaine. He said I could pass both the CIA and FBI entrance exams, which means he had not used drugs in the past 10 years. He never gave the straight answers he said he would only minutes before.

You may be right but I would say that it works the other way around also.
That is no different than what Kerry and the Dems do to Bush.

Please explain to me any substance about Kerry and what he is going to do?
I haven't heard anything other than him attacking Bush.

My vote goes to keep up the fight on the war on terror, I don't care about the deficit or any other matter at this time.
It is essential that we continue and win the war on terror or thousands more
    civilians will die.
Look how many people would've died in Jordon if those chemical bombs would've went off, that could happen in America along with Subway bombings

The Spainish didn't help matters either with the way they responded to terrorism.

I wish I could vote for someone that could continue the war on terror and fix the economy and everything else but so far I can't find anyone else.
