1. kiddin before, but all be darned, I thought it was, Lewey's-ee-anna

    Nu-WALL-ins,.. . . . . are you sure about that?
  2. It's more like n'-WALL-ins. To a Yat, it's NAW-lins.
  3. NAW-lins,,.. no, ya gotta change that, it's too different. :D

    I'll bite, who's a Yat?
  4. A Yat is a certain sect of New Orleanian....usually a born and bred New Orleanian. They have an almost Brooklyn-like accent.

They can be heard greeting others with "Where yat?!" and so they are called Yats.

Sorry @Cajun Sensation, thought I smelled a trap, a Duck has to be wary careful in a Tiger's den.

  6. Yat = Who Dat
  7. Same douche probably says 'Nawlins' or 'New Orleens' whenever he talks about paradise.
  8. That should be "well I'll be darned" or preferably "well I'll be damned".

  9. New Orleans pronounciation differs with the age and location of the speaker. It can properly be said New OR LEE ans, Na Awlins, Nawlins, or NA Rrrr Lens, or Nawlians.
  10. ...thanks,.. and it's not New Ore-linz, like I've always said?
