Represents all that is wrong with the Miami hurricanes. He calls himself the Chosen One, He does the Hiesman pose after his team scores only the 2nd Offensive TD against LA Tech. I am thankful Saban would not allow that, nor does LSU have players who act like that.
Winslow is an idiot, he looked redicilous doing the Heisman pose. i am glad too that we dont have kids like that. Hope, it stays that way.
My opinion is. I would rather be competitive win some lose some with class like Saban has instilled in our program (See opposing QB's sending letters saying how classy your team is) then win a Championship with a bunch of thugs and arrogant jerks... How quick would Saban had squashed the Heisman pose and all the Chosen one crap. You can keep you logo stompers, Heisman posers and thugs. I will stick with what Saban has done. But thats just me.
Kirk Herbstreit had some words to say about Winslow doing the Heisman pose. I've also noticed that a lot of Miami's players have 'Undecided' for their major.
Winslow is a Junior and he is undecided... How many years do you need to decide what your major is going to be.
I noticed the same thing. Most Miami playesr will still "undecided" because they will either be in the NFL, or sitting at home afterwards their college careers doing absolutely nothing.
Not true. Undecided means they are taking that course where they learn how to say "Any fries with that order, sir" in a way that is so hard to understand that you have to ask what they said 3 times.
Now ya'll chill out. Winslow didn't seem so bad in the post game interview. He seemed like just a regular kid (a good regular kid at that). Yeah, the Heisman thing was a little over the top but he did get in trouble with the coach after that (according to the postgame interviews with Coach Coker and Winslow). Ya'll don't need to be so rough. While there are plenty of kids in football, and even on the Miami team, who might be thugs, I don't think Winslow is one of them. Let them have SOME fun.
