I'll rent the generator to keep these two blue hairs alive so that BO doesn't get the chance to replace either of them. That would really be a God Help Us All!!!

I'm sending Clarence Thomas a 13-piece box of Popeye's fried chicken. Regularly.

It's a valid fear. Supreme Court Justices should uphold the constitution not bend it to impose their beliefs. I don't care if the appointee is liberal, conservative, dem or Gop. I just want one who will rule according to law and the constitution.

He may be referring to judges who look to foreign law to validate their decisions on the U.S. Constitution. This may go back to the argument of whether or not a justice's role is to look at original intent of the Constitution, versus the "living, breathing" Constitution.

This article is a good look at Justice Ginsburg's view on looking to foreign law:

Thurgood Marshall, who once said "you do what you think is right and let the law catch up."

OK, let me rephrase. When has Marshall or Ginsberg failed to rule according to the constitution?

Their personal comments regarding the law does not constitute their record on the bench. It's a free country and they can comment on what they like or don't like about the law as they see fit, just as you or I can. But do they ignore the constitution or the law?

Antonin Scalia has said “You can make an exception without the sky falling.” Does that constitute ignoring the constitution or the law? I think not.

And you dont use any quotes from Anthony "My Court" Scalia, who told people to get over it regarding his personal decision on the election.
