According to DD Jimbo is "being mentioned" as coach of UAB or OC of FSU. Does anyone know anything about this? I know the rumors that Miles overrules a lot of Jimbo's calls so Jimbo might want to leave.
I don't see this at all. I don't see people beating down our door to get Fisher to be their head coach. He's a decent OC at best. Pellini I can understand. If Fisher leaves for a head coaching job, it will be for a team like Middle Tennessee State (as an example of the type of program he could land). I, for one, would like the opportunity to replace Fisher to see if we can take our offense to that next level.
Don't we have the #1 offense in the SEC? What do you want? If you want us to score 50 points a game, then your problem isn't the OC, its the SEC--the defenses are too good.
lol I love the jimbo haters... three years ago people were saying he was the most creative and best OC in the nation, and now all of a sudden he's mediocre... get a life, what do you want from the guy?
His only good year was 2003, and yes he was creative. He has not done a good enough job with the talent these past 3 years with JR. Stats look great against the cupcakes....we can rack em up with the best of them.
