    Pretty good read. Favorite line:

"Fisher said he's excited about the upcoming season. The offense can be aggressive, he said, because the offense has experience."

I think we are underestimating just how in the air the QB race is...

We can have one of 3 guys that realistically can hold the fort.

Not a bad problem if you ask me :hihi:

With all of the talent we have on offense if JaMarcus gives us solid, consistant play we've got the potential to burn out some light bulbs on the Death Valley scoreboard. I suspect Les isn't going to rein in Jimbo like Nick did. Let 'er Rip!!

Ryan told me that he LOVES the style Les wants.

He said very similar to Spurrier-ball, except more short slants, and more runs.

He said that the whole offense could potentially average 35-40 pts a game.

Consistency is what I am worried about....I don't doubt our offense can put 40 points on almost anyone but Russell may have some bad games.

    I don't see any reason we wouldn't average 30-40 pts a game.

Great news that Ryan is loving Miles' system & offensive philosophy.

You can tell that our coaches are very, very excited about this comming season.

I'd be absolutely, positively stunned if anyone jogged out there for the first series besides JaMarcus. Everything you read right now is coach speak.

After watching Jamarcus last season I wasn't all that thrilled with how he handled himself on the field. Too much indecision and his defensive reads were off at best. But then I remembered...he wasn't projected to play much less start last season. He basically was put into the proverbial frying pan. I know he is supposed to be ready when #1 goes down but still...he wasn't "trained" as the starter. The same can be said for Matt. He had flashes but because he wasn't "trained" for #1 he lacked the tools he needed to be successful.

I feel like now...under Fishers guidance...that whoever is the starter will be much better than they showed last year. With the talent we have we just need another Matt Mauck...smart and mistake free. If that happens...the flower shops around here will be doing brisk rose business come January.
