There is a nice article in today's Huntsville Times about the close relationship between Jimbo Fisher and Will Muschamp. Jimbo, Will and their families are very close friends and even co-own a beachhouse. www.al.com See Huntsville Times sports and article by Phil Marshall I also read the former Auburn All SEC DL Jimmy Brumbaugh is now the ass't strength coach at LSU. He was a tough dude and always left his guts on the field.
I heard Muschamp and Jimbo are such good friends, and Will is still such a Tiger at heart, that he faxed Jimbo their defensive packages for the game. They also came up with some Japanese sign language so he could signal to jimbo during the game where the blitzes are coming from and who will be one on one in coverage. Thanks Will!
The way I heard it was Jimbo would signal Will the play LSU was going to run and say "Ok stop it if you can."
I get the feeling this guy is one of those that would rather see Alabama shut down than Auburn beat LSU. Those are my favorites. You, sir, are one of my favorites. We just agree on the important issues, you know what I mean? Beating Bama, beating Bama, and... oh yeah, beating Florida and UGA. And Bama. Not about this post, just been noticing how much of a class act you've been on a rival team's forums. I'm very impressed.
