He said he was leery at first whether Les Miles would actually do anything regarding Odom and Perrilloux after the initial reports came out, given the ultra huge Bama game coming up this Saturday. He said most coaches would not do the "right thing", and he gave Les his props for this move.
He tells it like it is and does not cut anybody any slack. He probably rips 20 people a day on his show and says good things about one or two.
Jim Rome is an entertainer cut from the same cloth as Finebaum. He stirs the pot. I do think Miles did the right thing but why did it take three times to do it. I don't know, but they don't pay me to know. Rome is just setting yall up, if yall lose he'll call out Miles and say his play calling was stupid and that he can't hold a candle to Nick Saban. This poster does not agree with that last sentence, just for the record.
UMM NOT SO FAST! He said that if Flynn gets hurt or should LSU lose then RP should not be able to live it down for the rest of his career! The comment he made at the begining of the week was along the lines of Miles comment about "Preparing to play the game without the 2" had no teeth and he would not back it up because of the Bama game.
this incident was way less worse than what tony joiner did at florida and meyer let him start against us. perrilloux is out for your game so why do you care?
