I don't know why everyone has a hand down Jim Bo's pants but he is a crappy offensive mind. Our Play calling is so uncreative that I don't see how we ever win games. Today's game was a show case for underachieving. We have big offensive weapons and we play to the level of whatever team we are playing. The only time our players come togeather and play to the level we should be at is at the end of the game when we are about to lose. With our caliber of players we could put up big points vs. anybody with the right type of Offensive Co. This game today really pissed me off. Jim Bo can take the walk to Miami or go mediocre it up in Clemson for all I care. He DOES NOT ADAPT to the way the opposing defense is playing. If you want to credit him for our fourth quarter comebacks don't, credit Moffit. Jim Bo knows we have better conditioning and just waits until the other team is so worn down that what he's been doing all game starts to work.

Sorry for the rant. Just pissed that we let this one slip through our hands.

Very true, I would like to see what Petrino could do with this offensive talent.

Yeah, but you gotta give credit for getting up 25-24 late in the game. We've had QB issues all year. The problem re-appeared today, not to take anything away from Iowa, of course. Jamarcus came out and made a statement about him being the QB for next year. Wonder if Perilloux will still be interested? Anyway, the defense blew the game. While I knew the game wasn't over at the end (I was more worried about a FG), I really thought the Tigers had come back to win this game. Oh well, **** it. They lost. What are you gonna do? I don't think I have ever been this disappointed in a 9-3 season, but I am. The Saints will **** it up tomorrow, too.

As a Louisiana native and life-long La. football fan, I have no doubt about that...LOL.

Oh well, I'll watch anyway, get drunk, and hope against hope.

Perhaps this will spell a reversal of fortune in the Saints favor. LSU loses and the coaching falls apart at the end of the game and the Saints put it all togeather and win the NFC Champ. to go to the Super Bowl. GO SAINTS!!

Jimbo can be great sometimes, and sometimes he's awful...he did call some exellent plays but some of them were the most stupid plays i have ever seen for the situation. First thing, when your in the red zone on 1st down, you do not get in a spread formation, I know that the running game wasnt as good as LSU is capable, but they need to run it more. Something else is, the play before we scored late in the 4th we spiked it, which killed the clock, you have 4 downs to work with and you can't tell me Alley or Joe couldn't get just a few yards with 4 downs to work with.

the coaches didnt fall apart, the coverage was broken for one play.

the whole thing surrounding Saban upstaged this whole bowl and that always effects playing.

There is NO WAY the Saints get in tomorrow. Ask me how I know this? Some of you guys already know this. It just CANNOT happen. It would defy the laws of La. football. I'll be happy to come back and eat crow, but the ****ing Saints will **** it up like they always do. It's going to be a suck ass weekend.

    Sorry. :bncry:

I have never played organized football or spent time learning the intricasies of different schemes and whatnot. I wouldn't know how to coach a team against tackling dummies and I was able to predict the exact play LSU would run nearly 50% of the time. Guessing whether LSU would simply run or pass I did even better.

I have never been a big JF fan - have always found him predictable. That is why the QB's must operate with such precision- the defense knows where the are going and what they are doing.
