since JJ only has a few games left to be a Tiger I guess being late to the party is better than a no show !
He should be a no show !! will try to at least hang in for the next 3 games , do not always get what I want , so GEAUX TIGERS ! I want both in the game at the same time , JJ would have the option to run or pass , or try to make a toss
You brought it up I do not think with JJ LSU will beat Ark. As a starter JJ will not lead LSU too a NCC . I say JJ is not a better QB he was not last year ad is not this season .I did not enjoy but just took the win , standards seem to be in my way of the "Enjoy" . But that is me , and my reason is not what you think !!
I really hoped we would use both QBs to keep our opponents guessing. Unfortunately Miles loves him some JJ so Lee will only be used if he needs to save the day. (Much like last year when the offense couldn't move the sticks. Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, etc.) I don't believe JJ is a complete QB. Hopefully he's just good enough to manage a few more games and allow the defense, special teams, and running game to win a title. I believe we're the most complete team in the country. I also think the distractions have been handled well so we're conditioned for pressure situations. These things could easily lead to a title. If we don't win the national championship in all likelihood it will be due to our QB situation. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but still have little confidence in a one-dimensional QB.
I wonder what the naysayers would be saying if JJ and JL's roles were reversed... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I like Lee a lot and respect his abilities to take us to where we are today as a team. But, if the Bama game showed us anything it showed us that the big games are still just to "fast" for Lee and when pressured he continues to make really poor decisions with the ball (see both INT's for reference). Lee took the one hit early by Bama's LB and mentally he was done. Miles knows this and got JJ the work he needed against WKU and Ole Miss. Akansas, UGA, and Bama will again be too fast for Lee and Miles sees this outright. Call it screwing over Lee or good coaching for Miles by wanting to give his team the best chance to win a National Championship. Having said that, we will still need Lee in the stretch run to spot play and we all know what he is capable of when he plays in spots.
I can agree with that too, but UGA is on a roll, has confidence and does have a big DL that can apply pressure. However I tink UGA has a large level of smoke and mirrors and their defensive stats are inflated due their schedule. Two best teams they played were Boise St and Carolina and they lost them both. The rest of their schedule was weak, which is why most pundits picked UGA to win the East, evan though, under their breath they were saying Richt was done for.
