so assuming Jarrett lee gets a chance to start all year long what do you think his numbers will be like? i personally think he has a legitmate shot to top a few school passing records like passing Td's

    ill give him

    30 TD's
    14 picks
    2800 yards
    60%

Lee was on track to break several of Tommy Hodson's freshman passing records in 2008 if he had played a full season.

If you can accurately predict that you should be picking stocks instead.

Those numbers are obviously optimistic but can be achieved with a few big IF's.

    1. IF the play calling is as aggressive as Stud has said it will be.
    2. IF Randle is as good as we think he might be.
    3. IF a legit 2nd WR emerges out of the deep and talented group.
    4. IF Peterson and other TEs catch at least 5 TDs.
    5. IF Lee puts up big numbers in softer games like the first home game and homecoming.

I guess if ALL of the above happens, I think he could get even slightly better numbers than mentioned.

I'd honestly be happy with 1800 yds., 15 TDs and fewer than 10 picks. Anything equal or better to those numbers and we have a GREAT shot at an SEC title due to our RBs and D.

Some of the stat lines being thrown out are a bit unreasonable. You're expecting him to outproduce the best seasons in LSU quarterback history.

Let's just hope he can hold up for every game before we predict a season for the ages.

    I'd tweak it some.
    I'll say 24 TDs.
    9 Ints.
    Average 180 PYG.
    65% completion rate.

Agreed! Let's try not to put too much pressure on JLee's shoulder.
