You probably need to direct this post at a few others here who claim the samething, but only give it to Obama, while claiming they hate McCain. I wont name names, but the numbers are prevelant.
Hell folks know where I stand, but ive never come here professing a deep seated hate for McCain, the guy was honorable for a long time in his life. I just dont think he is now or fit to run the country. But all day long people post here how much they hate Obama as if they know the guy personally. You hate his policies and his POV, but how can you hate a guy you dont know personally? Hate=childish!
I'd argue a lot of the debates here tend to get childish from time to time as well. It's not just here. For some reason, political arguments bring out the childhood behavior in all of us.
I agree with your post except for one thing. Can you explain to me how McCain isn't fit to lead the country and Obama is? McCain has been a senator and in government a long time and has experience. Obama is quite the opposite, he makes me nervous for many reasons but the main one is that he has zero experience. Obama has only had a few years in the senate. I don't think he's ever sponsered or made a bill before. At least with Hillary she did have a little experience and she also had Bill to fall back on for help.
If thats the criteria, Clinton had limited experience as well. We could argue all day, what the right experience would be. But we wouldnt get anywhere. Being in the senate for a long time doesnt make you experienced. If thats the case McCain would have beat George Bush in 2000, because he had way more experience as you call it the Bush had.
I'll even concede the point that McCain has more years and senatorial experience than Obama, but its your argument that its the right kind of experience to be the President. Which I dont buy off on.
