    Nice little family-oriented article, BUT.... I still don't see where a 6'5" guy weighing a smidget over 250 is "fat."

    well, he says he's quicker, so eh, that might be an improvement...

    I just don't see the big deal of him weighing 260 at 6'5...

    Let me get this straight:

    Each season before now, he's "never struggled" with his weight.

    Now, before the biggest season (by far) of his life, he decides to take a page out of Jonathan Sullivan's book. Let's hope drastic weightloss doesn't hurt his style going into the season.

    That's sad, frankly...oh, I know: he was bitten by that severe metabolistic slowdown we all suffer when we reach the age of 20 or so, right? :mad:

    Russell was all of 12 lbs over his target weight during the offseason.

    I think we should send him packing...
