it's time to stop complaining and move on with the season. IMO

At the risk of being run from this board, i really think we need to move on. Continuous griping will only turn people away, frankly the rest of the world will get tired of hearing about it.

It has been aknowledged on this board that we got jobbed, even some Aubbies came over and said there were some questionable calls, but its time to think about the rest of the season.

Anyway, there isn't much sympathy left to go around in the college football world after that officiating debacle in Oregon on Saturday. As much as I hate to say it, the jobbing OU got makes our complaints seem petty, not to us but to the general public. Let's get on with our season.

This is just a polite suggestion, if you want to, feel free to continue arguing the finer points of Saturday's Auburn jobbing. Believe me, I still agree it could have been a different game, not arguing with that.

We've got longer than that. No amount of bitching here will distract the team so bitch away. It has to at least be done until the SEC reviews what happened and admits the mistake. If you don't ask them to do that, the officiating will never get better.

I believe a lot of the complaining has to do with the fact that a lot of us thought that this team was good enough to contend for a national title and that refs killed our chances. We will have to wait and see how we finish out the season but I thought this team had a great chance.

Absolutely agree. Though the damage cannot be undone, at least the SEC should be the balls to apologize for the screwup, esp in a game of such magnitude and implications. I am surprised that the review crew screwed it up also pretty bad. Maybe they are Auburn alumni! Would wonder if they will ever get better though....

Back to the bitching, I think it's us fans that are frustrated and felt cheated.
If it was game with decent officiating, I would have gladly accepted the lost as the team that plays better on the particular day should deserve the win.

Well , yes and no... After this game, I feel that they are not there yet.
A lot more work has to be done to improve the running game, for example. JR needs to mature further, and play calling......

I understand that reasoning but Auburn didn't look that good either running or passing and I think they are a legitimate contender. These were two great defenses out there so that was a big factor. I do agree that our running game does need to improve but we have two games to get that back on track before Florida.

I think the worse part now is pulling for the SEC West "bottom dwellers" such as Alabama, Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Miss State to beat Auburn so we can get the West back... not sure how likely that is...

I know they aren't really bottom dwellers, but compared to years passed, I'm not impressed with any of them...
