Ha, they got banned from doing a "jump around" dance in 2003 because they thought the stadium would fall.
you can use an article like this.. Reporting From ... Tiger Stadium - ESPN The Magazine or this http://football.ballparks.com/NCAA/SEC/LSU/index.htm
During a nationally televised game against Auburn in 2003, ESPN recorded a noise level of 119 decibels at certain points in the game. During the October 6, 2007 game against the University of Florida, CBS recorded 129.8 decibels.
i think my ears are still ringing from that game. seriously, it was LOUD. blew away my greenie of a husband, and he knows how loud we are!
i was there also and it was loud, pretty funny i think it got the loudest when the USC score was announced.
What time does Wisconsin play their games? 1 pm? 2 pm? 11 am ? Not nearly enough time to get lubed. Nothing beats Tiger Stadium on a Saturday Night.
tiger fans (and mostly the media) need to stop with the whole earthquake game references. all 80k+ stadiums with a seismograph that close will register. should go by avg and peak on field db level
funny. Do an google or bing search, there is not 1 other report about a sporting event registering on a seismograph.
