Is this the first time the SEC has had two representatives in the BCS?

    I am probably forgetting a year, but is this the first time the SEC has actually has 2 teams participate in the BCS? I had always thought the Championship game has kept the SEC from getting the extra cash bonanza from placing 2 teams in the BCS.

    Most recent was the 2001 season when we beat Illinois in the Sugar and Florida beat Maryland in the Orange.
