that thinks that Fulmer should have put 8, 9, 10 or more in the box to stop the Auburn running game? I can't believe that Auburn is that good. What does everyone think?

Like I said earlier, it's as if he didn't see the game tapes of the first two Auburn debacles of the year...

Stack the box, limit the rush, and dare Campbell to beat you. More often than not, he won't...

On defense, it's obvious you need to challenge their secondary, and their front four are unable to produce pressure against a talented offensive line. They gave up 5 sacks to Tennessee, but one was blown on technique, and when you think about it, Tennessee threw the ball 47 times, a career high for Clausen. They HAD to throw the ball, so when you get put into those situations, it's easier to pin your ears back and just come after a quarterback...

But, there were far more instances of amazing protection provided by the Tennessee offensive line than there were coverage sacks or collapsing the pockets on the part of Auburn's defense.

If they can't create pressure, then they'll give up vertical chunks of yardage via the pass. I'm sure that Saban and Jimbo saw the tape already...but they're more worried about Florida right now...

I'm guessing that the three pick performance Leak had against Ole Miss is NOTHING compared to what he's going to suffer through Saturday in Death Valley!

Aww come on now, I thought Tennessee's game plan was great. ;) Why wouldnt you believe that we could be that good? Are we still being completely overlooked and underestimated? When you have that many running backs and somebody always has fresh legs of course you are going to wear a defense down. And my guess to why they didnt stack the box more is because Jason Campbell came out in the first few drives and beat them with his arm so they didnt want to risk giving up the big pass plays. JMO

I think it is a combo of Auburn being underrated since they dropped those first two games and Tennessee being overrated. Normally a Top 10 vs an unranked would be laughable but seeing Tennessee struggle against South Carolina and Marshall I knew there was a chance for Auburn. Congrats on the win War Eaglets.

Tennessee's defining trait is failure (refusal?) to make significant adjustments during the game. Look back at Tennessee's big losses with the present coordinators and this becomes apparent.
