So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, Secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning former Governors, and leave Muslim Males between the ages17 & 40 alone because of profiling.
I couldn't agree more. If I see someone that looks like they are from that part of the world you bet your buck I'm looking over my shoulder. I don't see how its racial profiling when in every case it is an Iranian or someone who looks like one doing the crimes against the USA. Can anyone tell the difference between and Iraqi, Iranian, Syrian, Egyptian or someone from Saudi Arabia? So, how is it racial profiling when they are all the same people attacking us and thier own innocent civilians. Roosevelt, Truman and Eisenhower wouldn't put up with the bull**** of the UN and this one world system we try and live under. I'm for America and its interests and say screw the world. If I could shoot a bird at France and Germany right now I would but I don't draw very well.
Maybe not. But then, I'd have to say that a 12:1 incident ratio (the 12 incidents listed by JS vs. the one listed by you) makes it pretty damned clear who the enemy is.
Whites and blacks commit the majority of regular crimes in US, so does that mean American muslims should watch out for us when they see us.
if you mean to imply that we should not "profile" and look first at muslims when searching for terrorists, then i really really hope whomever you vote for for public office doesnt share your mentality, or is never elected, because they endanger my life.
It was a simple question. Should Muslims always watch their backs when they see blacks and whites around. Simple question. I haven't stated my opinion on this subject yet.
here are my 2 cents... almost every terrorist hijacking, kidnapping, or bombing that i hear about involve people of Middle Eastern origins. besides the example you brought to our attention in Oklahoma City, and possibly the unabomber, you do not hear about other nationalities conducting terrorist activity or creating terrorist boot camps. to compare crime, something that is everywhere done by all walks of life daily, to terrorism is not equal in my opinion. i think everyone that goes down to the French Quarter tends to watch suspicious people based on how they are dressed and acting, and I do not think it should be any different profiling for terrorism at our borders or in or transportation systems. if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, most of the time the damn thing is a duck. no different here IMO....better safe then sorry
