excited to possibly play WV in the sugar bowl? Only 2 states will watch that game. In my opininon it will suck.
I will be extremely happy to go to any BCS bowl. That is an elite group of only eight teams. Why wouldn't an LSU fan be happy? We would probably finish the year with a #2 ranking. The highest since 2003.
I would be thrilled with a trip to the Sugar Bowl, and don't particularly care who the opponent would be. We've got a LOT of football before that's determined though.

no clair , I know WV is a VERY physical team! and very capable of whipping LSU but this game has no appeal to the rest of the nation. I want to play ND or Miami.
Why does the Big East Champ have to go to the Sugar Bowl anyway? Last season Pitt went to the Fiesta Bowl, not the Sugar Bowl. There's a reason Auburn played Va Tech and not Pitt last year; just like this year we'll proably play the team that would give the best matchup, not necessarily the Sugar Bowl either.
