Oh chill ya'll. Not all young people are illiterate stoners. It seems to be a universal condition that each new young generation has their morality and fortitude questioned by their elders and predictions of doom start abounding. And you know what, when each generation grows up, they seem to get along just fine and keep everything together (well, except for the Boomers, but we'll be rid of them soon  )
Whatcha got against Boomers Sonny Boy? We are the offspring of the Greatest Generation. My Dad hated rock n roll even more than I hate rap.
My Mom refused to let me go to her office because my hair was too long. Now, my 17 y/o wants a lip ring when he turns 18. I think it's stupid, but my Mom thought my looking like Frank Zappa was stupid.
We were just as apathetic and detached when we were teenagers. I'd like to think we were more articulate. Certainly we were hipper looking. I looked more like Ian Anderson.
And, now you look like Yosemite Sam? I'm told I now look like John Astin when in the Addams Family. When I was 30 I looked like Father Guido Sarducci.
