The Tiger Band was, as usual, awesome. I did see one thing form the Oklahoma band that was pretty cool. During their pre-game their flag girls were carrying flags from every team in the Big 12. Considering that they were representing their conference in the "Big Game", it was a classy move. Did'nt help them on the field, though ! p.s. this in no way is meant as criticism of the best band in the country - LSU !
i would have booed if ida seen the lsu band bring a ole miss flag on the field... if they want their flags on the field let them make it to the championship game
I would have been mad too if we had done that, however i am sure that is tradition for them. Every school has their own. South Carolina plays the opposing teams fight song during their pregame! But i do have to admit, they were the best band we had seen all year besides ourselves on tape.
Yes, the OK band brings all the big 12 flags on the field for all games. I've also seen a&m and (colorado?) do it as well. i guess they are claiming their conference is the best in the nation, but of course that means they should have done better than 2-6 in the bowls this year. tiger band= solid.
