I have to admit, I have mixed emotions about the Blue Grass Miracle. On the one hand it is a truly miraculous play. If you focus on the play itself and the situation (Gatorade bath and fans already partying) it really is fun to watch. However, the part that I don't like is that it took, literally, a miracle for us to beat Kentucky.
Being "geographically challenged" as I am in central Kentucky, I proudly display the beautifully and tastefully framed poster in my office. The print, obtained from the Advocate, shows 7 progressive photo's of the play, along with a diagram. I POINT IT OUT TO UK FANS EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
I agree, and this just shows Nick Saban wasn't perfect, but the last thing I expected on that play was to win the game. When Randall connected with Henderson my jaw dropped and I hopped 10 feet in the air.
That one play, turned grown men in the living room into 4 year old boys. You can even see the smoke of the fireworks in that picture...
