So, these numbers are very misleading. And quite honestly I’m thinking that they are so outlandishly high because the feds prosecute illegals for these various crimes way more than state/county/parish/city. When you look at crime stats overall, I don’t know where these numbers fit in. I honestly don’t think we have an illegal immigrant problem. I think because it’s an issue that gets some really riled up you hear about it more. It’s kind of like when a black man is killed by a cop. Lots of people are killed by cops but you hear about it more when it’s a cop killing a black guy because that news sells and gets clicks and subs. We have reached a point in our history where the water has been so muddied by everyone with an agenda or an ideology that it’s very had to tell truth from fiction and it’s equally easy to be goaded into believing what one wants to believe, fact or fiction.
