I know this has no business being on an LSU forum, but does anyone know what ever happened to Shawn King? The star QB from Tulane when they went undefeated in 98? Last I heard, he was about the last string QB for Tampa Bay. For that matter, what happened to Josh Reed?

Those're my random questions for the day. Please bear with me.

he was starting for tampa the year before they won the SB then after was let go. he is now playing backup in arizona to mccown. He may be 3rd string.

josh reed is in buffalo with an uninterested qb in Bledsoe waiting to retire.

I look for Reed in the boxscore every Monday morning. He's not there. No balls go his way. Maybe next year.... :(

With the receivers that Bledsoe has up in Buffalo(Moulds and Reed), he SHOULD be putting up some sick numbers.

Something is definately wrong up there...

That's too bad. Reed was really fun to watch. As far as Shawn King goes, I was at the Liberty Bowl in 98 to watch Tulane whip BYU. Marcus Randall sometimes reminds me of King, because both of them really liked to run the ball themselves. Shawn King, however, may have had better judgement. Interesting thing about Tulane: They almost always have solid QB's. Shawn King, JP Losman, Patrick Ramsey. Sorry fellas. My dad, you see, is a Tulane fan, and I was raised one. Didn't work very well, seeing as I went to LSU, but I'm slowly turning him into an LSU fan. :)
