If you could take ONE Trip next year

Great one.

I have always wanted to go to the east coast of Australia, and will be the next big trip I take when I can afford it.

 

i stared at your post for a minute before it hit me.

oh.......cuz you said next year.

 

It's totally worth it. A word of advice.....don't try to film it. Just enjoy without having to look through a camcorder.

I want to go to Asia, or maybe South Africa for the World Cup. Yeah, I'd take South Africa next year.

 

If this is a wish that can't come true, I would like to go to Oktoberfest in Munich. With reality, though, I'll go to visit Bangkok and stay at some friends' condo.

I have been telling the misses I want to do that. We are driving back from Disney World on the 15th. Dang...i wish I had known that I could have planned the trip around that. I have been to Cape Canaveral a few times, just never saw a shuttle launch. She even has family in St. Augustine so its only like an hour away from there. HHmm..

The tip I want to do is a 10 day or so trip to southern italy to see where my great grandfather was born...and to then go to rome and see the sights. Drink some wine, eat some food. Probably wont happen for 5+ years..but i thought this thread was a "what if" type of thread anyways.

I remember exactly where I was when the Challenger blew up...I have always loved watching the shuttle launches and while I have never been I always try to catch them online if I can.

Its the only space vehicle that has been used in my lifetime so the very last one I think would be something I would NEVER forget and the kids could see then end and the begining of the next stage.
