You are forgetting one very important thing ... there is no official college football championship! Why do you think it's called Mythical National Championship? Not sure how you can sue over something that is mythical...

Look, if we and USC were reversed, we would be saying the exact things they are (we just wouldn't have the media kissing our bungholes and blowing smoke up our butts like USC does). Yeah, Saban wouldn't be saying anything but I gaurantee most of us fans would. I actually think the BCS worked in this instance. It corrected an obviously flawed human voting system. Does anyone who actually knows anything at all about football and have an unbiased view REALLY think that USC is better than OU? Let them whine, they are just going to look stupid (well, stupider than they already look) come Jan 4.
Let SC claim a NC with paper clippings, the crystal football will be in BR if they ever want to visit it. Maybe we can offer them free parking or something, to make their visits easier.
I believe USC and LSU should have been chosen for this game. But i think the two best teams were chosen by the computers. But OK losing in their championship game should have been a disqualifier. But i just cant get over the fact that USC doesnt have to play one and thats not fair to LSU or Ok. But what USC coach and media is doing is a disgrace. A simple flat out disgrace to lSU and Oklahoma. For pete carroll to claim his team is playing for the championship is bad sportsmanship and a slap in the face to the system that he loved as long as it had him with his weak schedule going to the game. I for one am not going to let this take away from the pride i feel for the Tigers and should USC and LSU both win. I will visit the BCS National Championship Trophy in Baton Rouge. Should our Tigers trip up i will visit it in Norman Oklahoma. I wanted USC and LSU to play so we could have whipped their ass and have shown ourselves what Michigan will do come Rose Bowl Day and that is see an USC loss. Good Luck to Michigan because you have the pressure of making sure what is right comes out on top. Beat USC and show that the two best teams were chosen to play in the Sugar and you will finish #2. Yes, I do. At least at the end of the season. USC has been hammering people, even if the competition wasn't the most challenging. OU got killed and lost their CCG. I think that USC is the better team right now. I am not really sure why you guys are hung up on USC other than you may be trying to make an argument that USC's game should not have any national championship implications. I hear ya, but it will if they win that game. The AP has never dropped a #1 team in CFB after they won their bowl game. Don't expect it to start now. Get ready for the real possibility of a split championship. We don't have to like it, but we may have to accept it.
