No doubt they would be a better team then what they are now. Kids WANT to play in the SEC...cant say the same about Conference USA.
I think the biggest misstake ga tech and tulane made were leaving the SEC.Tulane would have a much tougher schedule.They would have fewer overall wins...but I think they would be a better football team.They would also be a more bitter and hated rival since they wouldnever have been off our schedule.
One thing for sure, if Tulane would have stayed in-state recruiting for us would be much harder than it is today. Who knows what could have happened, all it takes is a great coach to turn a team around. I would have liked a more competitive rivalry too...oh well, I'm fine with beating them down now. :thumb:
