Les Miles who brings mediocrity and 7-5 records to TigerNation, why was a guy like Mike Leach not considered? I am pretty sure we could have pried him away from Lubbock for less than a million. At least if we are going to go 7-4 every year at least LSU would score eleventy billion points every year. At least he has some imagination. Instead we are going to be an unimaginative 7-4 or 7-5 every year. Oh boy.
When I first heard Les Miles name mentioned, I flashed to vision the Texas Tech coach, and thought "I like that, I can live with, thought it might be a little-higher status name, but I like that. We have very good skill guys, will bring something that the Tigers have never used before, some exciting offense, etc", then a split second later, I thought, wait, that's not him, that's the coach at , cough cough Okla cough homa cough cough St. What??? Well I didn't really cough, fooled ya, but I just saw a lot of dancing around in my head before I passed out. Just hope all this will work out. :geaux:
