If LSU had to split the Tennessee & Florida games, and could only win one, which one would you chose?? Why? PS: How do I create a poll??? Checking "post a poll" does nothing...
since florida is ranked higher it would be better to beat them. I can't really talk about it though because I just can't accept losing to one of them right now. My reasoning is since we are 3 we would fall just behind florida if we lost to UT. My other reasoning is WE HAVE to sweep the table to STAY #3 and hope Texas or USC falters. This CAN happen, not saying it will but it could. We have a very TOUGH schedule and UCS has three games ahead they could slip up on. Texas doesn't look too weak but they can always get complacent in their conference and let someone slip up on them. Same as we could. If we lose one, we wont be getting near as much love from the media and we can kiss the Rose bowl goodbye. Wouldnt an undefeated season be SWEET! :geauxtige
I can't stand losing to Florida. Period. From Spurrier to Meyers, they just think they're God's gift to the SEC and to passing offenses everywhere. Can't stand 'em. Never liked 'em. ....and Tennessee fans share my hatred for Florida, so I'm cool with that. Plus, I happen to know a large number of Tennessee fans and they're always very polite and respectful towards LSU (and not just because they know me. I'm friends with a few of the Vol fans I know, the rest are just co-workers, etc.).
tough, but probably rather beat UF. they are getting more hype and will be ranked higher. on the other hand that means you lose to a lesser team but your loss is earlier in the year. its a push at this point. the only deciding factor that is solid is that a win over UF would be better for recruiting.
Let's just beat both of them and be done with it. My wife wants to go Cali and see her family, and I d*mn sure aint going there just to visit.
