If LSU beats Georgia, can they run the table? See what Lee Corso from ESPN College GameDay says about it here: http://www.collegefootballgameday.com/Question.aspx (It's question #2) This site for ESPN GameDay asks Lee Corso questions every week that can only be found on this site. They also have a sweepstakes to win a trip to the College GameDay game of your choice: http://www.collegefootballgameday.com/Sweepstakes.aspx ...and some hilarious commercials and outtakes: http://www.collegefootballgameday.com/Videos.aspx OF COURSE LSU CAN RUN THE TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charles Ray :lsug:
Well, I'm not a Corso fan anymore. Ask that same question of the "experts" for the last 20 years and you would get the same answer, give or take a Florida State for Oklahoma/
I don't think any team in the SEC can go undefeated. Its a tough football league. The SEC champ may have two losses this year.
Agreed. Just take 1 game at a time. Taking your focus off 1 game kills in the SEC. That's what makes this conference the toughest in the country.
Who does UGA play next week? I can guarantee that the Tigers won't be looking at Georgia as a tune up before next weeks Moo U game at StarkVegas.
There are so many factors that go into running the table. You have to stay healthy, you have to get a few bounces go your way in critical moments, and we have a tough road after Georgia. I don't think beating Georgia necessarily means we can run the table, what it does is get us going in conference with a huge win, and starts a bit of momentum that could continue to build in coming weeks making us tougher and tougher to beat. That being said, it's way too early to start talks of running the table. That's a very positive outlook, though. Geaux Tigers!!
