Identify this plant...

    Went to the BREC Frenchtown Road Conservation Area for a short hike with the wife and daughter. These plants were growing in the sandy soil near the Amite. Anyone know what they are?

    It looks similar to this. Ilex verticillata, common name winterberry[​IMG]
