his idea came to me just now. I saw a black guy about 6'5' and looked to weigh about 100 pounds walking down the street. His white pants were way below is ass and he was wearing grey undershorts. This practice is called "saggin." (Spell saggin backwards) In some places saggin has been made against the law. I thought if somebody would design some pants that only looked like underwear at the ass level and pants below the ass they could skirt the law. And all kinds of designs and colors could be used. Something like that just might be a huge seller.
It's already been done, a friend of mine thought about this a few years ago, only to find out it has been done.
I'm seeing less of it around BR these days. Perhaps they have started to realize how stupid they looked holding onto their dicks trying to keep their pants from falling down.
It could still be done. If some of you women or maybe a "man" with a flair for designing did it and then if the product was promoted by some famous bad ass black guy it would catch on.
