How does that make anyone nuts? You have no idea what the defense is gonna do next season.

Again, how the frick do you know that the defense is going to be bigger and faster? How the frick do you know that Claude and Mario are going to "immediately fill some big shoes"?

In the words of the great "tigerlowe", unless you have a crystal ball or been talking to the tooth fairy, you don't know these things.

TE, I agree totally man except MS word can really screw you if you are writing papers and it will change things that are right, but the spell checker wants to underline it anyways. Don't dare autocorrect.
I really meant grammatical errors like commas and contractions and run-ons. Also some peoples names are "not spelled right" according to spell checker you know? It is funny to see people resort to "can you spell?" insult keeping in mind that it is a message board.
Oh, I missed the Flynn to Booty comparison, what was it?

2004 was supposed to be our year, but with Hill, Clayton and Mauck still on the team of course. Repeating as NC in college football is one of the hardest things to do in sports. Nebraska and Bama are the only ones to do it in recent memory, Bama in 78-79 when they split with USC in 78 after USC beat them in the regular season. The Huskers did it in 94-95 going unbeaten 2 years in a row.

It would be incredible to be able to pull it off but none of us should think we are a lock to be better or even just as good next season. The opposite is true more often than not as so many factors come into play. How will the new players respond, do they all step up and play as well as the guys they are replacing? We'll see, stayed tuned.

Add it to your ebay ad..."And, if you act now we'll throw in these words absolutely free. That's a ticket to paradise and key politican phrases for one low bid. Bid now. Operators are standing by."

I would be satisfied with a return trip to Atlanta and beating the piss out of Auburn along the way.

Although a part of me wants even more, I completely agree.

It reminds me of the hype about Torran Williams the JC transfer that was going to step in and dominate on the DL. In his 3rd and final year he had one tackle and four assists in eight games played, didn't do much before that either. It's hard to say what new players are going to do until they step on the field in a real game(SEC).The personality of a team also tends to change from year to year as old leaders leave and new ones step up. On paper we should still have a very good defense if we don't have many injuries at DL or LB but only time will tell. :geaux: :lsug: :champs:

If I had to pick a loss for next season, I'd say it's probably gonna be Georgia. They'll be out for blood after what we did to them last season. We're gonna beat florida this year....
