This reminds me of the 1981 season where we came in with such high hopes. We lost either the 1st or 2nd game and the season spun out of control. I believe we finished either 3-8 or 4-7. If we lose either one of the next 2 games we are in big trouble.

Vandy can throw the ball, so, our defensive secondary will be challenged. Kudos to Vandy for putting together a good season so far.

As for who we will beat and who we won't beat, all I have to say is this: there's no telling for sure, but I strongly suspect that we LSU fans are going to be very, very disappointed at the end of this football season.

    Hi from VOL country.

Listen you guys sound like us a week ago and we turned it around. You are a good team and we are a good team. We both sucked at times last night and we both showed moments of greatness.

I don't think you have anything to be ashamed of and hope to see you in Atlanta! Good luck with the rest of your season!

If Tepperllini keeps playing the bend but don't break soft zone, and having our corners play 8 to 10 yds deep when it is 3RD AND FREAKING 2, then you better damn well believe both of those teams will give us trouble

Mississippi State I believe is a win, but I really think that VAndy will beat us since they use the nickel and dime passes that Pelini has yet to address.

I can't believe within one year we are actually fearing the Vandy game. Man how times have changed.

You guys are on crack, there's a little thing called a difference in talent. UT is just as talented as us on both sides of the ball. We'll win these games by an average of 40 points.

There is a big equalizer called coaching, looks like Vandy and MSU have it while we don't. Do you really think the more talented team won last night? With this coaching staff I think every team on our schedule has a legitimate shot and considering our talent level that is just plain criminal.

No, I think we are more talented, but not by much. But I don't think you could find more than 2 or 3 players off both of these teams that could start for us. Coaching can only get you so far, Miles, Pelini, and co. don't suck bad enough for us to blow these two games. Not matter how much it seems like some of you want them to.

Are you serious???? Do you really think that people spend so much time following the Tigers just wanting the coaching staff to fail? No one here wants them to fail but we are witnessing them failing and find it very hard to swallow given the talent level and recent success of the program.
