Equal rights insofar as what? I support all rights EXCEPT adoption and marriage. I thing they should get any OTHER benefits like a married couple if they have a civil union.
They already have equal rights. We, as heterosexual men, cannot marry other men. They, as homosexual men, also cannot marry other men. You can't get any more equal than that! -Jerry

I would have no problem with homosexuals, or straight same sex roomates who depend on one another for support being able to file their taxes jointly and have other similar rights of married people. I do have a problem with calling an unnatural condition normal. I also have a problem calling a gay union a marraige. A marraige consists of a man and a woman and has for all og history.
it sounds like you dont mind gays being maried as long as they dont use the word married to describe it. i dont care what they call it. they can call it marriage or "marraige" like you do or pinecones if they want. if crazy ass homos want to bang each other and live together i dont see why i should care what they call it.
