I went to the La. Tech. vs. Alabama game in approximately 1998 when La. Tech. beat Alabama at homecoming. It was the beginning of the end the Mike DuBose era. Those players are obviously gone. Has this La. Tech. team done anything to make an objective person think they can win?
Of course, they can win. LSU has to show up. If our players think that La. Tech will roll over and expire after the opening kickoff, they are wrong. Coach Saban will be trying very hard to keep the team focused on winning this next game. La. Tech has a future NFL quarterback named McCown. Finally, I think that La. Tech actually is a better football team than Bauburn. I'll bet we don't beat La. Tech by 24 points. :geaux: :lsug:
i went to one...they lost to Baylor in 1996 or 1997. BAYLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jean Lafitte, your posts are thoughtful and knowledgeable. If you say La. Tech. is better than Auburn, I defer. I certainly thought Auburn would give us all that we could handle.
