I wondered that myself. I haven't read or heard anything as to why he didn't play. He must be in Nick's doghouse. :lsug:
maybe he can come out and play now since JV must now be in the doghouse. It was nice to see jacob Hester in the game getting some experience even though he turned the ball over. He's a fresh that will also get better.
I wasn't asking who should sit on the bench but why does Nick give him so many reps against Miss. State at the beginning of the game when he doesn't get a chance to play against UGA. We have wasted so many reps with Randall this year. If Nick knows he will replace Randall if he screws up and we get behind than why start and give him so many reps in games and practice. Mauck wasn't the greatest passer but he was a leader and the players knew he gave them the best chance to win. Russell or even Flynn gives us a better chance to win than Randall. I respect Randall for sticking it out at LSU but he is really not a gamer. LSUDAN
Shyrone got the reps against Moo St. because he didn't get to play in any games yet this year.......it's not rocket science....
