I have seen him play... He's a streaky shooter.. When he is on, he is exciting to watch. When he's not... well... he is indeed terrible.
Yes. Like many athletes, he has good games and bad games. That doesn't make him any less a member of the LSU team. He got a scholarship to a Div I school (oh crap, here comes TE). He must have something going for him. I'm sure his family and friends think he's the real deal. If your son played Div I ball and went through a period of adjustment would you nod and smile if you heard fans say, that dude sucks?
ok...let's look at the big picture...it's one thing to badmouth the football team, one year after winning a NC. Badmouthing a player on LSU's basketball team, whose coach - well nevermind, I won't start on him - is totally different. If the basketball team was strong, year after year, and Whip made contributions to it, I can understand your posts. But I am a season ticket holder, both football and basketball. I go to 90% of the basketball games. I've seen Whip play for 3 years now. He is not good. Have you watched him as much as me? Do you follow basketball closely?
