After the season and signing day get that feeling that you just ran a marathon ? I mean football season was great, screwed by refs in the Auburn game, then UF 5 turn over debacle, the UT game finishing the season on a winning streak, to close games to the Arkansas game, then the Sugar Bowl, then comes the Whole Saban saga (man that was a scene), all the while we are clicking refresh every 2 seconds just to see who signed with LSU. It has just been a flat out nutso 7 months... I feel like that scene in Forrest Gump where he stops and turns around and says. "I am kinda tired, think I am going to go home now" I need a break.... Baseball season is just the ticket, nice slow paced game, the slow hum of the crowd. "heres the pitch - DING !!!" until June of course. I am ready for some crawfish and beer... Wheeewww
I'm worried about you. You're starting to think like a gump? You do need crawfish and beer! But I do see where you're coming from. I had to replace my F5 button during the recruiting season. At least during the season, it starts slowing down late Tuesday and doesn't pick up again until maybe late Thursday. But recruiting is nonstop until NSD!
