Hurricane Recipe

    Since we are under a hurricane watch I thought it would be a good time to post this:



    [font=arial, arial black][size=+1]How to make Hurricane[/size][/font] [size=-1][/size][size=-1][/size][size=-1]Ingredients:[/size][size=-1]1.0 splash [​IMG] Grenadine[/size]
    [size=-1]2.0 oz [​IMG] Orange juice[/size]
    [size=-1]4.0 oz [​IMG] Pineapple Juice[/size]
    [size=-1]1.0 shot [​IMG] Meyers Dark Rum[/size]
    [size=-1]Directions:[/size][size=-1]mix the Meyers dark Rum, Pineapple juice, and orange juice, and stir. Then splash enough grenadine turn turn the drink red[/size][​IMG]

    Gee, I thought the ingredients in a hurricane were:

    -sea surface temperature of at least 82 F
    -rotating winds over the ocean's surface
    -high air temperature and humidity
    -high rainfall intensity

    Mix well (stirred, not shaken) and you will have "the original" classic hurricane.

    I'd much rather follow Bengal B's recipe and drink that rather than Ellis Hugh's recipe!
