    Those are acutally lobsters that crawled all the way from the east coast to Louisiana to visit their cousins the crawfish.

    i know the cws is three weeks away, but since the expense means a special ocassion, i think i may order them for the first weekend of the cws if they are still big and plentiful.

    had some of these a few years ago in australia. they call em "yabbies". different species from crawfish. get a lot bigger---up to quarter pound.

    taste about the same (although they dont know how to cook em there). more meat on the claws though.

    I had these babies in Madrid, Spain. Langostino's taste similar to Lobster but have a slight sweet taste.
