No matter how close the Bama game is if we win I think Ole Miss will give us fits at their yard.

    Tigers in a close one.

    LSU - 23
    Ole Miss - 17

We finish up at home with a chance to win the SEC West. We blow Houston's Nutt out and wrap up the West.

    LSU - 43
    Nuttless Razorback - 13

On to the SECCG - We get the Dawgs in their yard. Have we seen this picture before. In a wildly entertaining game the Tigers pull out a victory.

    LSU - 27
    UGA - 26

Back to the Sugar Bowl. We draw West Virginia. They are good but we are better.

    LSU - 31
    WV - 21

We finish 12-1 and #3 in the country behind USC and Miami. Another great year to be a Tiger fan.

IF WE LOSE. I think we lose to Ole Miss and still beat Arkansas to finish the year at 8-3 and play in the Cottonbowl against Colorado.

If we beat Bama, the Ole Miss game worries me. If we lose to Bama, I'll be more confident about beating Ole Miss... not sure why.

So that means if we lose to Bama, we go 9-2 to the Cotton Bowl, where we should probably end up 10-2, ranked around 8th.

If we beat Bama like I truley believe we will, we get by Ole Miss in a close game & go on to face Georgia in the SECCG, which would be a hell of a game between the 2 teams this year. That game could go either way to be honest...

If we face West Virginia in the Sugar (thus beating Georgia) I think we end the season at 12-1, ranked 3rd or possibly 4th.

If we were to lose the SECCG, where would we most likely go & to face whom?

The irony is that we will face a better opponent in the bowl game if we don't win the SEC.

if we lose the SEC championship game, don't we finish 2nd in the SEC, and doesn't that mean we play in the Capitol One bowl against the 2nd big ten team????

We win out, UCLA beats USC and Miami loses to FSU. LSU vs. Texas for the NC.

No. They will choose a different team from the SEC to avoid having the same team in the bowl two straight years.

Why would they pass over a LSU time that travels well? LSU brings a big following of people to what ever bowl they go to so why not have them in the Capital 1 Bowl again? Just because we went last year does not mean we don't deserve to go this year too!
