    While this would be slightly better than either of the two from the other side, I for one can not get excited about this guy. He is bad news.

    I couldn't agree with you more. But I will say this. I will not vote for Hillary Clinton over McCain if she gets the nomination, but I'm leaning towards voting for Obama if he wins it.

    I've always been intrigued by Hillary Clinton--since Bill was first elected. But she just isn't likable!

    I have a feeling that if McCain wins, we will be bombing everyone except for the Mexicans that he likes so much.

    McCain is more pragmatic than that, I think. But we have to see what kind of appointments he makes. Bush surrounded himself with neocons of a single political stripe. I think McCain recognizes that he would also represent millions of democrats. If he receives broad advice by appointing the best people, not just sycophants who are slavishly devoted to him, he will not likely behave rashly. And we can expect him to be decisive when it is needed.
